EMR : Epic

OT : Daily after 12 hrs; weekly after 168 hrs

Credentialing : ~3060 days with clean file (target 60); expedited possible

Onboarding : EMR training + orientation

Telehealth : Not required

Requirements :

Certification : BC / BE in EM / FM / IM with 2 years recent EM experience (no ABPS)

If not EM-trained / ABEM : ACLS, ATLS, PALS required

Licensure : Active LA license or IMLC; DEA / CDS

Immunizations : Flu (and standard facility requirements)

Application docs : Licensure, DEA, CDS, copies of education & training diplomas (ECFMG if IMG), SS card, drivers license, color photo, TB & Flu vaccine records

LA PCF : Locums require enrollment verification + COI (with scheduled dates)
