• Key Responsibilities :
• Deliver outstanding personal care and support to clients in accordance with their care plans.
• Assist clients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Help clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Support clients with range-of-motion exercises and physical therapy activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy living environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding client care.
• Follow established protocols and procedures for patient care and safety.
• Qualifications :
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA).
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ethical standards and a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
