Basic Function : Provide service and support for transitioning new branches, financial professionals (FPs), their staff, and client base to Lincoln. Create individual transition plans for each new recruit. Provide a broad range of service, sales, marketing, technical, and operational support to new Lincoln FPs through their onboarding journey. This role is responsible to work in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement individual transition plans for each new branch / FP and manage the entire process.
Assist with setting target and implementation dates.
Communicate with all key areas of Lincoln on a frequent basis regarding transition plan needs and deadlines.Identify sales, operations, technology and compliance training needs and coordinate the appropriate training schedule.Proactively follow up with all internal departments to make sure all transition needs are met.Work with internal departments to coordinate recruit's training plan.Coordinate Training Assessment meetings as needed.Edit, modify and follow onboarding checklist / process as needed.Act as a liaison between branch personnel and the home office to coordinate the successful transition of new branches.Guide new advisors through Licensing process.
Create, train and assist with the transition process to include creating the proper paperwork to move assets.Assist with follow-up to ensure that accounts are transferred from previous broker / dealer to Lincoln in a timely manner.Follow up with appropriate department / parties to gather data.Evaluate system information including NIGOs and outstanding transfer reports to highlight potential issues and learning opportunities throughout the transition period.Monitor the progress of new FPs and SAs and identify additional training needs as necessary.Ensure documented procedures for transition of new branches and FPs.Create, modify and maintain articles on LincolnHelp regarding the transition and onboarding process and available services.
Track advisor offer letter details and deadlines.Set up follow-up meetings at 30, 60 & 90 day increments with advisor and transition team to ensure goals are being met.Provide operational assistance and customer service to SAs, FPs, Branch Personnel, Field Leadership, Operations and other back-office support areas.In down times, act as backup to Lincoln's POD teams to broaden your knowledge of Lincoln's products and processes.
Develop relationships with FPs and SAs through outbound calls.Resolve any challenges regarding incomplete and / or rejected paperwork, adjustments, etc.Apply knowledge of Lincoln Investment's operations, procedures, and products to support financial representatives.Travel to branch offices as necessary.Coordinate transition meetings report outs to leadership.Compile data for Leadership team and Board report outs.
Obtain agenda items and create agendas.Compile, copy and distribute notes.Provide suggestions on how to improve the transition process and meetings.Knowledge / Experience :
Required :
Strong customer service experience.5+ year's experience with sales, service and operations and / or experience with another broker / dealer or mutual fund provider.Thorough knowledge of retirement plans, financial planning, and compliance issues.Skills :

Bachelor's degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience.Series 6 or 7 preferred.Physical / Other Requirements :
May sit at workstation and view video display screen for extended periods of time.
