EBMS Program Manager

CBRE is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Construction Management & Enterprise Building Management Systems (EBMS) to support our client's Global Realty Building Design & Engineering. The candidate will be responsible for managing several workstreams to improve BMS Delivery and align with our business justifications. The candidate will engage with stakeholders across multiple regions and across multiple time zones. The role will be based in North America and will need to work in central time zone. The role will occasionally need to participate in European time zones. Remote candidates will be considered.

What You'll Need

1. Completed bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering (required) 2. >

7 years' experience in Building Management Systems 3. Proficiency with project / program management tracking software (e.g. SmartSheets, Asana, QuickSight (Power BI), MS Project, etc) 4. Strong competency with time management, organization, and attention to detail 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 6. Experience with construction specifications : strong emphasis on Div 00, 21, 23, 25, 26

Preferred Qualifications :

• 15 years' experience in Construction, Engineering / Consultant Engineering or Facilities 1. Completed bachelor's in electrical engineering or Controls Engineering from an accredited university 2. Advanced degree in controls engineering or electrical engineering 3. PMP Certification or Six Sigma Certification 4. Experience managing projects across multiple time zones and culture 5. Experience with remote team management and coordination 6. Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills 7. Strong time management and organization skill

Definitions :

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $105,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $110,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
