What You'll Do :

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to support strategic decision-making

Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and long-term planning scenarios

Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations

Deliver insightful monthly and quarterly reporting packages to senior leadership

Support annual planning cycles and ad hoc strategic projects with data-driven analysis

What We're Looking For :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)

4+ years of financial analysis or FP&A experience

Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities

Experience presenting financial data and recommendations to leadership

Proven ability to collaborate across departments and communicate complex data clearly
