Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Development Recruiting

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for business development, capture, and growth-oriented roles.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates through multiple channels-leveraging ATS databases, professional networks, industry events, and social media platforms.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, assess market competitiveness, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Build a proactive pipeline of cleared and non-cleared BD professionals for current and future needs.
