Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Manager to service and grow our existing book of business. This role is centered around client retention, relationship management, and identifying coverage gaps to ensure our customers are properly protected.

You will handle inbound calls, emails, texts, and walk-ins while managing a high level of daily activity. This position requires someone who can confidently discuss coverage details, risk exposure, and additional lines of business in a clear and professional manner.

Bilingual candidates (Armenian or Spanish) are strongly preferred due to our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service an existing book of business with a strong focus on retention
• Handle 60120 calls per day along with emails, texts, and walk-in customers
• Answer coverage questions and explain complex insurance topics clearly
• Identify gaps in coverage and recommend appropriate solutions
• Offer additional lines of business when appropriate
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and billing inquiries
• Maintain accurate documentation in agency systems
• De-escalate concerns and calmly assist frustrated customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to support agency growth

Compensation:

• $26$30 per hour plus commission and bonus
• Annual raises based on performance reviews
• Additional earning potential

• Ability to discuss risk, protection, and coverage gaps confidently

• Must work in-office at 3804 W Burbank Blvd, Suite A, Burbank, CA 91505
• Candidates living more than a 30-mile radius may not be the right fit due to LA traffic
• Bilingual Armenian or Spanish preferred
