INDUSTRIAL HVAC TECHNICIAN- $2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!!

Location : Mount Victory, OH (occasional support at Harpster, OH)

Pay Range : $26–$35 / hr

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC / Industrial Technician to maintain and repair industrial equipment, mechanical systems, and HVAC systems in a production environment. This role ensures reliable performance of processing machinery that directly impacts daily production goals, safety standards, and facility efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery, automation, mechanical, electrical, and conveying systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot root causes of mechanical and electrical issues; complete repairs such as welding, fabricating, plumbing, and part replacement.
• Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance and conveyor system upkeep.
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical and electronic systems, equipment, and fixtures.
• Use test equipment to diagnose controls, software issues, and malfunctioning machine components.
• Repair and maintain motors, gearboxes, chains, belts, pulleys, and rollers.
• Promote safety by following safe work practices and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
• Provide leadership in the absence of supervision and assist in training other technicians.
