Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in axle production, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Supervisor 1st shift to join their team. As a Production Supervisor 1st shift, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting assembly lines and production teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Henderson, KY

Pay Range : $36

Shift : First Shift

What's the Job?

• Oversee multiple assembly lines to ensure production efficiency and quality standards are met
• Direct, assess, and counsel Team Leaders and Assembly Technicians in assigned areas
• Maintain and understand production processes, ensuring compliance with quality systems
• Promote a safe work environment and participate in safety and ergonomic teams
• Implement and administer 5S standards and continuous improvement initiatives
