Bilingual Call Center Rep
CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a customer in the architectural business who is in need of Bilingual Customer Service Professional! This is a Direct Hire opening that will start immediately
Job Title : Bilingual Call Center Rep
Location : Dallas, TX
Pay : $19 - $22 / hr based on experience
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 10 : 00AM - 7PM, some Saturdays
Job Description :
Answer inbound phone calls averaging 75-100 calls a day during peak season
Process inbound sales orders offering help with selection when needed and monitoring orders for errors
Answer emails from customers regarding product information
Some outbound calling during slow season
Requirements :
Friendly, outgoing, customer service oriented salesperson
Good written and oral communication skills
Able to handle call center averaging 75-150 calls a day during peak season
Typing 40-50 wpm, proficient 10 key by touch
Basic computer skills - Outlook, Word, Excel
JDE knowledge a plus but not required
Fence / stair rail / steel product knowledge a plus but not required
Bilingual Spanish is required
Must have stable work history - no job hoppers
