Job Description
The Estimator is responsibility for providing quotes for customers at their homes or agency. Appointments are prescheduled by our office staff and allow for flexibility throughout the day.
Pricing and drawing software are provided and the hire will be trained effectively in this area. A typical day is :
- Leaving from home
- Meeting with potential customers in their scheduled time window
- Understanding the needs of the customer
- Providing solutions that help the customer and is within the scope of work that we provide
- Measuring fencing area with a measuring wheel
- Sketching and recording details of property and fencing requests via provided software
- Sending the customer their quotes and additional information
- Facilitate communicate between customer, office, and production staff regarding job and scheduling related details
- Attend weekly Leader’s Meeting on Friday morning
Required Skills

- Strong organizational skills
- Efficient with Gmail, Excel, iPad, and CRM databases
- General construction knowledge (tape measure, level, basic geometry)
Pay and Incentives
Commission Only (80k -120k FT)
