Phone Sales - Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities include daily adherence to operational procedures for activities such as order processing, customer excellence, billing, deliveries, etc. You will keep apprised of and advise customers of revised information on products or merchandise such as product capability, availability, pricing, credit, warranties, and shipping. Must be proficient in all aspects of the A+ Order entry, order search, PO search, P&A, daily's, and customer search, and anticipate and resolve problems timely and accurately. Six months to one year related experience and / or training is required.
