Compliance Analyst

Overview

The Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting the development, implementation and execution of the company's corporate compliance and privacy programs. This individual will support the overall functions of the compliance program (auditing, monitoring, training, policy management, investigations, risk assessments) supporting key compliance controls and the business' functional departments with specific oversight and responsibility for data analysis. The Compliance Analyst will be take a lead role in the identification, development, and implementation of systems and processes to enhance efficiency and streamline compliance activities, including reporting tools, benchmarking, workflows, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate data (compliance metrics, medical record information, benchmarking) and communicate analysis to leadership via reports, dashboards, and in meetings.
• Identify areas of focus for training, follow-up, and improvements through data analysis.
• Lead new software implementation of GRC1-Custom Insights, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.
• Collaborate with pertinent internal departments to develop reports and dashboards.
• Compliance Systems Administrator :

Function as system administrator for our Navex system (Ethics Point and GRC1 Custom Insights).

Below is the starting salary range for this position, although offers may differ based on the candidate's location, job-specific knowledge, skills and experience.

$61,500 - $86,205
