Overview
Creative Director, Brand Design role at Meta with Creative X leading brand design for a portfolio of Reality Labs brands. This leader will lead a team of tenured brand designers, cultivate a vision for how the portfolio of brands manifests across surfaces and integrated channels, and guide internal and external agencies. The role aims to develop timeless brands, elevate design craft, and demonstrate advocacy for design-led experiences and systems. You will have a background in brand architecture, craft and design thinking, and a proven track record of leading integrated efforts in a deadline-focused, iterative environment. As a member of the Creative X design leadership team, you will grow our evolving design practice within consumer marketing and guide the broader team to redefine how design is experienced.
Base pay range
$174,000.00 / yr - $246,000.00 / yr

Compensation and benefits
