Our team is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join us on a temp-to-hire basis in Mesa, AZ. This immediate opportunity involves managing vendor invoicing, reconciliations, and expense reporting while leveraging systems such as Great Plains or NetSuite.

Responsibilities :

• Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Perform reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Manage expense reporting while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Meet deadlines and contribute to the overall success of the accounts payable team.
