•Ability to communicate clearly andaccurately both orally and in writing(required)

•Excellent interpersonal skills(required).

•Good Verbal communication &Technical documentation skills

Roles& Responsibilities

•Conduct session with customerstakeholders to understand and document detailed business requirements usingstandards such as Business Process Modeling Language (BPML)

•Develop and design Functional solutionby analyzing business requirements and scope

•Work with development teams to toproduce software design and high level architecture.

•Test and deploy applications andsystems.

•Develop documentation throughout thesoftware development life cycle (SDLC)

•Identify patterns and replicate bestpractices.

•Ability to analyze, troubleshoot andresolve technical queries.

•Passion for technology and can navigatehis/her way across complex and niche developments happening over theapplications used by staying on informed of latest trends and by sharingknowledge.

•Strong communication skills andtechnical expertise to drive and participate in meaningful discussions.

•Documenting application developmentprocesses, procedures, and standards etc.
