Berry Hill Resort & Conference Center is seeking a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic Front Desk Supervisor to join our team! As the welcoming face of our Resort, you will ensure every guest experience begins and ends with exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet, check-in, and check-out guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Supervise front desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Assist with guest inquiries, requests, and special events.
• Support front desk team during busy periods, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications :

This full-time position is primarily Monday through Friday, with some weekends and holidays required.
