Job descriptionOwn and champion our CRM (Bold Trail) to ensure accurate tracking of leads, clients, and transactions. Oversee lead flow, assignment, and follow-up execution. Prepare weekly / monthly reports on conversion rates, pipeline progress, and agent activity. Drive lead conversion, nurturing, and closing to achieve team revenue goals. Track and report on sales performance metrics. Support business development initiatives and leadership-level client meetings. Maintain an active real estate license and handle select, strategically directed sales opportunities. Model best practices in client service, negotiation, and closing. Balance personal production with team leadership responsibilities. Prepare and run weekly sales meetings and 1 : 1 coaching check-ins. Ensure follow-through on meeting action items and client-facing activities. Monitor the client journey from first contact to post-closing. Ensure consistent communication, surveys, and touch points are delivered. Step in as needed to resolve client issues. Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, state law, and industry regulations. Monitor licensing requirements and continuing education for team members. Oversee contracts, escrow, and documentation for accuracy and compliance. Partner with marketing to support lead generation and conversion. Help optimize systems, tools, and workflows for efficiency. Lead special projects related to growth initiatives and technology adoption. Active Indiana Real Estate Broker License with at least two years of real estate sales experience Proven track record in real estate sales and real estate sales leadership Strong coaching, accountability, and team management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service abilities Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by results Company-provided technology, supplies, and support tools (laptop, email, business cards, etc.) Company-paid monthly / annual MLS and NAR dues after licensing Opportunity to drive team success while maintaining personal production 401(k)

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead the Steve Smith Teama leadership role designed to drive revenue, growth, and accountability while also contributing as a licensed agent.
This is a player-coach role : youll lead, coach, and hold agents accountable, while also maintaining an active real estate license to manage a select number of sales opportunities.

- Lead, manage, and hold team members accountable for daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities.
- Set clear expectations, monitor execution, and ensure consistent lead follow-up and client service.
- Conduct 1 : 1 coaching sessions and team sales meetings.
- Partner with leadership (CEO / COO) to establish and achieve sales goals and KPIs.
