Job description

A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to support its largest and most strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for assigned enterprise clients, building strong relationships to understand their needs

Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to align on goals and drive client retention

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, achieving expansion or retention targets

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or business development

Experience in the legal services industry

Proven success in managing enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth

Understanding of legal industry dynamics, including corporate legal departments and law firms

Proficiency with CRM systems and a data-driven approach to strategy
