Job Summary

We are looking for a General Manager to command a multifaceted operation that blends an elevated fine dining restaurant, catering, and an artisanal bakery. As General Manager, you wont just lead, youll encourage, elevate, and drive results. Youll be the face of the dining room, the strategist behind the business, and the mentor who crafts a service-first culture. Every detail matters, and youll ensure each touchpoint, from the first greeting to the final farewell, reflects genuine old-school hospitality refined for todays guest.

In this role, you will :

• Lead daily operations across fine dining, catering, and bakery outlets with confidence and grace
• Be a visible presence on the floor, setting the standard for polished, diligent hospitality
• Build, train, and energize a team to deliver seamless, luxury-level service
• Partner with culinary leaders to develop elevated menus and unforgettable experiences
• Drive financial performance with full ownership of budgets, P&L, and operational excellence
• Strengthen client relationships and deliver flawless, tailor-made catering experiences
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve challenges quickly, and ensure every detail is perfect
