Retention Marketing Specialist

The Retention Marketing Specialist is responsible for contributing to and executing on eMoney's retention marketing strategies, to ensure our customers stay informed, engaged and become loyal advocates. With a focus on driving adoption, engagement, and retention in a core segment of clients, this role possesses a keen understanding of our clients' needs and challenges and an unwavering desire to create an outstanding client experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute core retention marketing communication deliverables alongside Supervisor, Retention Marketing, designed to proactively engage eMoney customers.
• Execute advisor communication strategies designed to foster awareness, engagement, and retention across client base - while responding to an evolving enterprise landscape and delivering a stellar client experience.
• Effectively communicate product enhancements to client base - working closely with the team and cross-functional partners to gather timely and detailed information about new product updates -executing on a multi-channel plan that keeps clients informed, educated and connected to our products and services.
• Assist in analyzing and leveraging usage data and client feedback to evaluate program results to recommend improvements to existing strategies and targeted projects as needed.
• Develop outstanding relationships with key business partners - including Product Marketing, Product Management, Financial Planning Group, and others - working closely together to gain buy-in and collaborate on business objectives.
• Assist with building and executing various email campaigns, including the campaign layout, segment building, design templates, calls-to-action, and content used in email outreaches.
• Work with team members to execute in-app communication strategies that inform and engage clients from directly within the eMoney platform - tracking outreaches in one, cohesive calendar view.
• Adapt to changing business needs by suggesting modifications to plans, strategies, and deliverables effectively and efficiently.
• Write clean, concise, well-polished copy that is consistent with our company's tone and mission.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges and propose solutions that will help make our clients' lives easier.
• Remain knowledgeable of internal company marketing initiatives, especially major announcements, content creation, and events.

Skills

The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $69,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise. This position is also eligible, pursuant to applicable eMoney policies, for the annual bonus program, retirement contributions, health insurance, sick leave, parental leave and paid time off.
