About Company / Opportunity :
Large casino and resort with multiple F&B operations onsite is seeking to add a Sous Chef to their team. Must have experience working in fast paced, high volume kitchens managing large teams!
What do we seek?
You will be second-in-command in the kitchen, directly assisting the Executive Chef. You will oversee the kitchen staff, manage the kitchen in the Executive Chef's absence, and contribute to menu planning and execution. Sous Chefs are responsible for training and mentoring junior staff, and often have a specialty, requiring a good general understanding of the entire kitchen process.
