  • Position Overview In a rapidly growing dynamic business unit, this individual will be responsible for taking Perio Protect to the highest level of customer service in the industry.
  • Our primary role is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • This individual will also play a fundamental role in achieving our revenue goals by taking incoming sales orders and looking for cross-selling opportunities.
  • Key Functions Create sales orders for all incoming gel and PDP orders from multiple sources.
  • Manage incoming calls Customer inquiries, field questions, order status Take orders Monitor incoming emails for orders and customer inquiries and respond accordingly.
  • Contact offices with orders on processing hold for reasons other than credit / delinquency to resolve.
  • Contact offices with past due balances between 1 and 60 days to collect payment and inquire about other needs and issues.
  • Utilize FMP to log conversations, follow up needs and sales history Process credit card payments for gel orders.
  • Assist customers with EBizCharge Customer Portal setup and use.
  • Ensure orders are logged in FMP Other duties as assigned The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
