Job description
A company is looking for a HRIS Manager to manage and optimize HRIS platforms and support HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee HRIS operations, ensuring system stability, performance, and data accuracy
Lead HRIS integration during mergers and acquisitions, including data migration and workflow harmonization
Develop and analyze reports for HR decision-making and ensure data integrity across systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
7+ years of experience in HRIS management with expertise in major HRIS platforms
Demonstrated experience in mergers and acquisitions activities
Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis
5 years of supervisory and leadership experience
