Facility : Flagstaff Medical Center Cardiovascular Institute Location : 1200 N Beaver St, Flagstaff, AZ 86001 Facility Type : Acute Care Hospital Position Overview Flagstaff Medical Center is seeking a General Cardiologist for clinic-only coverage. This is an ASAP start with a 6-month contract and the option of full-time or 2 weeks per month minimum . No hospital responsibilities are required. Schedule Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM (1-hour lunch) Clinic coverage only Premium rates available for full-time commitment Work Details Patient Load : patients per day Patient Population : Primarily 60 adults Support Staff : 2 Physicians in the group Department : Cardiovascular Institute general cardiology clinic EMR : Cerner Skills Preferred : Strong interpersonal and relational abilities with staff and patients Requirements Board Certification : Preferred General Cardiology Licensure : Arizona License or IMLC eligible Certifications : ACLS, BLS required Experience : Minimum 2 years Credentialing Timeframe : 30 days Interview Process : Virtual interview via Teams Practice Setting Outpatient clinic only no inpatient / hospital coverage
