Job descriptionDecember 29, 2025 January 2, 2026 Plus 1 2 weeks per month in 2026 Patient Demographics : Adults Patient Volume / Census : 20-22 patients per day Consults : 3 4 per day EP Cases : 4 6 per day, depending on case length Admissions : Yes Case Mix : Cardiac electrophysiology; heart rhythm disturbances, left-sided ablations No. of Beds in Department : 268 EMR System : Cerner Reason for Coverage : Supplemental Hospital Privileges Required : Yes Credentialing Timeline : 30 Days Rate : TBD Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance : Covered Left-sided ablations Cardiac electrophysiology diagnostics and procedures Licenses : Active Arizona license or IMLC; willing to license Board : BC / BE in Electrophysiology DEA : Active DEA with AZ address Certifications : ACLS required Experience : Minimum 1 year in Electrophysiology Provide high-quality inpatient and outpatient cardiac electrophysiology care Perform and interpret specialized EP procedures Consult on 3 4 hospital cases per day and conduct 4 6 EP procedures daily Collaborate with Cath Lab team and other cardiac specialists Document encounters using Cerner EMR system
