Full-time or 3 weeks per month Start Date : 7 / 21 Contract Length : 6 months Shift Details : Monday Friday 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch 1-2 weekends per month Frequency of Weeknight or Weekend Call Requirement - 1-2 weekends per month Work Details : Support Staff : 2 Physicians in group Amount of Coverage Needed per Month : full-time Patients per day : 16-20 patient per day Patient Population / Age : 60 EMR : Cerner Skills Preferred : interpersonal and relational with staff and patients Practice Setting : Hospital Requirements : Board Certification Preferred : Boarded in General Cardiology License Required : AZ License - IMLC License is ok Certifications Required : ACLS, BLS Minimum Experience Required : 2 years Credentialing Timeframe : 30 days
