Skip Tracer

The Skip Tracer will play a crucial role in locating individuals who have defaulted on their loans or are otherwise difficult to find, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and bank policies.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough research and analysis to locate individuals who have defaulted on their obligations using various skip tracing techniques, such as online databases, social media, public records, and other resources to gather information.
• Adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines in the course of investigations.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments such as collections, legal, and fraud prevention to share information, gather additional leads, and to achieve successful outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all investigative and skip tracing activities and findings, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
• Communicate effectively with debtors, legal representatives, and third-party vendors to obtain necessary information.
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve skip tracing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to skip tracing and debt collection.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
