Our client is seeking a talented and driven Marketing Manager to join their supplement company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies with a focus on Instagram advertising, website management, blog content creation, and SEO optimization.

• This is an in person role in the San Diego, CA area.

Key Responsibilities

Instagram Advertising

Develop and implement Instagram ad campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales

Create engaging visual content, including photos, videos, and stories for Instagram

Monitor and analyze Instagram ad performance, adjusting strategies for optimal results

Stay current with Instagram trends and best practices in supplement marketing

Website Management and Blog

Oversee regular updates to the company website, ensuring content is fresh and relevant

Develop and manage a content calendar for the company blog, focusing on topics related to supplements and health

Collaborate with web developers to improve site functionality and user experience

Analyze website traffic and user behavior to inform optimization strategies

SEO Optimization

Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings for supplement-related keywords

Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics

Monitor SEO performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

Optimize blog content and product pages for search engines

General Marketing Duties

Contribute to overall marketing strategy and budget planning for the supplement category

Analyze market trends and competitor activities in the supplement industry

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging

Prepare and present marketing performance reports to senior management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the health or supplement industry

Proven track record of successful Instagram advertising campaigns

Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms

Creative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills :

Familiarity with photo and video editing software

Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications

Experience with content marketing and blog management

Compensation : $60,000 plus benefits!
