Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support revenue growth and retention
Act as a client advocate, ensuring quality service delivery and identifying expansion opportunities
Guide and support a team of account managers in client retention and project oversight
Required Qualifications
Experience in client services roles with a track record of managing business relationships
Background in team leadership or mentoring
Experience in the IT or technology services industry
Client services background with a consultative approach and business development skills
Good level of English
