Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cincinnati, OH, for a Land Development Manager. The Land Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing site development and land development, conducting feasibility studies, managing budgeting processes, and coordinating homebuilding activities. Additionally, the manager will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Site Development and Land Development
• Proficiency in conducting Feasibility Studies
• Ability to manage Budgeting processes
• Knowledge of Homebuilding
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate or homebuilding industry is a plus
