Job Description

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including those related to access control at financial institution locations.
  • Monitor and control entry and exit points, verifying credentials and granting access to authorized personnel and visitors.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and report irregularities.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity, potential threats, or security-related hazards to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of access control activities, incidents, and daily events as required by site procedures.
  • Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to support the security-related needs of the location.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • At least two years of security-related experience is required.
  • Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
