Job Summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking dedicated and skilled Construction Process Piping Technicians at various experience levels to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical semiconductor process piping systems, including Ultra-Pure Water (UPW), plastic, gas, and chemical delivery systems. Depending on your experience level, you may assist senior technicians, work independently, or lead teams in ensuring the precise and compliant setup of piping infrastructure within our advanced cleanroom environments. This is a vital role in supporting the continuous operation of our state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing facilities.

Shift Expectations

TSMC Arizona operates 24 / 7, 365 days a year. This position requires candidates to have the ability and willingness to work any shift (day or night) in a compressed work week schedule once training is complete. The compressed work week shift structure is : Work 4 days on, 3 days off for one week, and 3 days on, 4 days off the next week. Each shift is 12 hours, from 6 AM to 6 PM or 6 PM to 6 AM. Scheduled night shifts and weekend on-call rotations are part of our 24 / 7 high-volume manufacturing environment. Night shift rotations are expected to be no more than 4 months per calendar year. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday during initial training.
