Community Engagement Manager

Location : South America - Fully Remote

Your Mission : Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow our online community through DMs, comments, and conversations.
  • Use AI-assisted tools (like ChatGPT, Manychat, or Notion AI) to personalize and streamline engagement.
  • Identify and nurture leads, fans, and ambassadors through authentic outreach.
  • Track engagement metrics and share insights for community growth.
  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams for aligned messaging.

Your Toolbox : Skills to be Successful

  • 2+ years of experience managing online communities or social engagement.
  • Comfortable working with entrepreneurs and startup-style brands.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with a personable, upbeat tone.
  • Familiarity with AI chat and automation tools for engagement.
  • Proactive, organized, and socially savvy.
  • Comfortable working part-time and remotely.
