HVAC Sales Specialist

Position Type :

• This is a full-time sales exempt position. Average on-target performer makes $150k+, average top-performer makes $250k+
• This is a remote position traveling directly to customer homes from a home office environment. An efficient home office and reliable internet is required.
• No cold-calling as all leads will be provided to you
• Paid training provided
• This position can require in excess of 40 hours a week.

Summary / Objective :

The HVAC Sales Representative is responsible for driving and managing sales revenue within designated sales territories for the HVAC department. This role will require the management of the H&C opportunities assigned from initial visit or call, through completed system installations.

HVAC Sales Representatives generally work indoors and outdoors in residential settings.

Physical Demands :

While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, bend or kneel sometimes in confined spaces.

Compensation : $150,000 average annual earnings - top earners could earn $250,000+
