We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Research Associate to join our innovative team in San Diego. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for research, contributing to impactful projects that drive our mission forward.

⏰ Work Mode : Work From Office

💼 Role : Senior Research Associate

Pay Scale : $77, 958 – $97, 454 (Dependent on Experience)

What You'll Do :

Develop and implement cell-based assays to support the identification, optimization, and

characterization of novel compounds.

Develop and construct cell lines and tools for mechanism of action (MoA) studies.

Design and execute experiments using expertise in cell biology, molecular biology,

biochemistry and assay development to support MoA studies

Execute routine assays in a consistent and timely manner

Document, analyze, and present data in an organized and timely manner.

What We’re Looking For :

Bachelor’s degree in biology or related disciplines with 2+ year of relevant experience, or

Master’s degree with 1+ year of experience

Excellent sterile technique in mammalian cell culture with at least 1 year of experience is

required.

Experience with transfection, lentiviral transduction, CRISPR knockouts, and shRNA

knockdowns is a plus.

Deep understanding with hands-on assay development or troubleshooting experience in at

least one of the following techniques :

Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and GraphPad Prism.
