Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue goals for Yarbo robotic products in North America.
Build and lead a high-performing sales team and scalable sales infrastructure.
Expand sales networks via distributors, retailers, and DTC channels.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer experience teams.
Prepare forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for leadership.
Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and partners.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role in consumer electronics, smart home devices, robotics, or outdoor power equipment.
Proven track record of building and managing a sales team from the ground up or significantly scaling an existing team.
Demonstrated success in developing and expanding sales networks across North America.
Strong understanding of the U.S. consumer market, sales cycles, and diverse sales channels (e-commerce, specialty retail, direct sales).
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and advanced sales analytics tools.
Ability to work onsite at our Ronkonkoma, NY office (this is an in-office role, not remote).
Willingness to travel extensively as required.
