Un atout si expérience antérieure dans un secteur d'activité qui requiert des connaissances techniques

Avoir de l’expérience dans le service à la clientèle
Sens de l’organisation et souci du détail
Les responsabilités du poste :
Être présent pour nos clients : les contacter, recevoir des appels et des courriels, traiter les demandes et les commandes, offrir du service technique
Résoudre les questions et / ou les problèmes des clients ; assurer la liaison avec le bureau des commandes, le service comptabilité / crédit, le bureau d'ingénierie pour des besoins techniques
Entrer dans le système toutes les informations nécessaires à la préparation des commandes et au niveau des suivis clients
Préparer des soumissions
Utiliser activement les outils de vente pour faire du démarchage, assister nos clients, proposer des produits complémentaires, alternatifs ou en promotion
Contacter les clients de manière proactive, selon les besoins et les demandes, et rendre compte de l'activité des clients (CRM)
Préparer la documentation relative aux actions de ventes (Excel & Powerpoint)
Se tenir au courant des produits et services de l'entreprise
Participer à toute formation requise ou demandée et l'entreprendre
Préparer et produire des rapports selon les besoins et les demandes
