Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for the Rental Team, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction
Provide accurate responses to insured individuals and agents regarding policy details and procedures
Maintain organized records and manage endorsement requests while ensuring compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in the insurance industry preferred
Associate's degree in business administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field, or equivalent insurance experience
Experience with MS Office applications including Word, Teams, and Excel
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
