Part Time Tax Preparer

Join Our Team for Tax! We are a well-established financial services and tax advisory firm seeking an experienced seasonal part-time Tax Preparer to assist with personal tax returns. There is some flexibility available to help fit your schedule. What You'll Do : Prepare and review 1040, 1041, and related state returns Accurately input and reconcile tax documents Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate filings Maintain confidentiality and comply with industry regulations What We're Looking For : Experienced tax preparer with a minimum of 3 years experience preparing US personal tax returns Must be able to work days with some nights / weekends on occasion Expect to prepare approximately 100 returns On-site work required; this is not a remote role Knowledge of trust and estate returns preferred Strong knowledge of IRS rules Experience with ProFX tax software is a plus Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment EA or CPA designation not required but is a plus Job Types : Part-time, Seasonal, Temporary
