We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Packaging Team Member to join our team in a fast-paced valve manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for safely and accurately packaging valves and related components for shipment according to company standards and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare finished valves and components for packaging and shipping

Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging

Wrap, box, label, and palletize products per work orders or shipping instructions

Operate packaging equipment such as strapping machines, shrink wrap systems, and labeling tools

Ensure all packaging materials are stocked and maintained

Complete necessary documentation for packaged orders (e.g., packing slips, shipping labels)

Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Collaborate with production, quality control, and shipping teams to meet daily goals

Report any packaging or product issues to supervisors immediately

Assist in inventory counts and cycle audits when required

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED preferred

Previous packaging or manufacturing experience is a plus

Ability to read and understand work orders, labels, and safety instructions

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Basic math and organizational skills

Forklift certification is a plus but not required

Willingness to work overtime or flexible shifts as needed
