The Successful Applicant
Experience : 2-4 years in residential construction, ideally with exposure to luxury custom homes or high-end interior buildouts.
Technical Skills : Familiarity with scheduling, budgeting, and RFIs. Ability to read plans and assist with estimating. Proficient in construction software (Buildertrend, Procore, MS Project).
Role Focus : Supports PM in managing subcontractors, tracking progress, and maintaining documentation. Handles change orders, meeting notes, and client updates under supervision.
Soft Skills : Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Strong communication for coordinating between field and office.
Education : Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
