Build Ai-powered Copilots And Workflow Agents For Modern Accounting Firms

Soraban is a post-product-market-fit B2B SaaS startup with fast-growing ARR and usage. Our platform helps tax firms automate data intake and service delivery, and demand is scaling quickly. We are hiring multiple fullstack engineers (all levels) to craft polished, end-to-end product experiences.

We are an onsite engineering team with offices in San Francisco, CA and Tempe, AZ 5x a week .

What You'll Do

• Ship product features : Own development across the full lifecycle, from design and build to deployment and operational support.
• Raise the bar on UX : Partner with design to launch polished, responsive, and intuitive experiences.
• Think customer first : Dig into real customer problems, iterate quickly, and measure outcomes.
• Own outcomes, not tasks : Deliver meaningful improvements every week with autonomy and urgency.
• Collaborate across teams : Work closely with design, support, and leadership to prioritize and execute.
• Build for speed and quality : Contribute to engineering patterns that balance velocity with maintainability.
