JOB SUMMARY

The Production Support Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative support to the manufacturing operations floor supervision and management team. This role ensures that production teams have the resources, information, and documentation necessary to meet production goals while maintaining quality, safety, and delivery standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists supervisors and managers in coordinating daily production schedules, work orders, labor entry, PM software work orders, and shift activities.

Prepares, updates, and distributes production reports, work instructions, and other documentation needed on the shop floor.

Serves as a liaison between production teams, scheduling, quality, maintenance, and management to ensure timely communication of priorities and issues.

Assists supervisors with follow-up on production issues, non-conformances, and supply delays by gathering information and coordinating with relevant departments.

Helps organize onboarding materials, skills matrices, and training schedules for shop floor personnel.

Supports supervisors in collecting data for process improvement, safety initiatives, and lean manufacturing projects.

Ensures production paperwork, logs, and records are accurately maintained and compliant with Company and ISO standards.

Compensation details : 25-30 Hourly Wage
