We are seeking a UX Designer to join our team. This role will involve designing and enhancing engaging, user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in user research, prototyping, usability testing, and creating intuitive design solutions - with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

Job Description

As a UX Designer at Trilyon, Inc. , you will play a key role in shaping the user experience for web and mobile applications. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user insights into innovative and elegant designs that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.

Create user personas, user flows, and journey maps to inform design decisions.

Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas.

Design and deliver user-centered solutions for web and mobile applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are implemented as intended.

Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Design engaging and visually appealing Keynote presentations for leadership communication.

Skills and Competencies

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma , Sketch , Adobe XD , or similar.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.

Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.

Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment .

As a UX Designer , you will be responsible for ensuring each design choice aligns with user needs and business goals. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, precision, and empathy to every stage of the design process.
