The Opportunity :

We are committed to providing exceptional products and client experiences, and were looking for a Product Specialist to join our Product team.

The Product Specialist is responsible for ensuring the Camis Solution is well-documented and easy to use through training materials, user guides, and release notes. Leveraging deep product knowledge, you will design and deliver training programs for clients and employees, lead product demonstrations, and provide feedback to improve the Camis Solution.

This role is client-facing and requires excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills, along with a strong aptitude for learning and explaining software functionality.

What you'll be doing

  • Design, deliver, and manage training programs for clients and internal employees (in-person and virtual).
  • Create and maintain user guides, release notes, and training videos.
  • Lead product demonstrations for new clients, upgrades, and competitive bids.
  • Attend client meetings to share updates, training outcomes, and product functionality.
  • Proactively identify training / documentation gaps and opportunities for product improvement.
  • Work closely with product, customer support, and technical teams to ensure user feedback is gathered, shared, and used to improve the product.

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience delivering training programs (client or employee-focused).
  • Strong technical writing skills (user guides, release notes, or training documentation).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience leading client-facing demos.
  • Ability to quickly learn complex software systems and explain them clearly.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills; comfortable managing multiple projects.
  • Experience collaborating across teams in a client-focused environment.
  • Experience with instructional design or adult learning methodologies.
  • Knowledge of SaaS or enterprise software environments.
  • Familiarity with creating training videos or e-learning resources.
  • Experience supporting RFPs or competitive bid demonstrations.
