Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the environmental, health, and safety (EH&S) teams.
• Implement continuous improvements to the EH&S Management System.
• Minimize incidents and injuries through corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Manage EH&S-related costs and explain variances.
• Identify and mitigate hazards and concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable regulations.
• Monitor hazardous material activities, air emissions, storage tanks, waste areas, and water outfalls.

Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum 3 years in manufacturing.

Technical Skills

Proficient in MS Office and EH&S software, excellent communication, project management, and recordkeeping skills, with experience in continuous improvement and manufacturing environments.

Desired Skills

Knowledge of Hartzell products, OSHA / EPA / IATA / DOT regulations, and First Aid / CPR training.

Behavioral Competencies
