Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum 3 years in manufacturing.
Technical Skills
Proficient in MS Office and EH&S software, excellent communication, project management, and recordkeeping skills, with experience in continuous improvement and manufacturing environments.
Desired Skills
Knowledge of Hartzell products, OSHA / EPA / IATA / DOT regulations, and First Aid / CPR training.
Behavioral Competencies
Strategic relationship building, continuous learning, teamwork, proactive action, effective time / resource management, high work standards.
