St. Josephs Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dynamic anesthesia team. The CRNA will be responsible for administering anesthesia, monitoring patients' vital signs, and overseeing patient recovery from anesthesia. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high degree of autonomy, clinical expertise, and a commitment to providing the highest quality of care. Shifts vary 8, 10, and 12 hour .

Key Responsibilities :

Pre-Anesthetic Assessment

• Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic evaluations, including patient history, physical examination, and review of diagnostic data.
• Develop and discuss anesthesia care plans with the anesthesia team and patients.

Qualifications :

Education :   Masters or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.

Certification :   Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).

Licensure :   Active RN and APRN licensure in the state of New York.

Required Experience :  Experience in anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and procedural settings.

Compensation :

$265,000- $ 285,000. The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position.  Please note the salary range is provided in accordance with state law and is subject to variation due to the factors notes above.
