Summary of Responsibilities :
The senior integration specialist is responsible for operational stabilization and sustained adoption following property integrations. This role works directly with assigned properties to complete outstanding integration and onboarding activities and ensures daily operations align with Avenue5 standards and client expectations.
Primary Responsibilities and Objectives :
- Serve as the primary point of contact during assigned integration and stabilization periods, supporting property teams and leadership
- Drive completion of integration, onboarding, and operational tasks to ensure timely and sustainable stabilization
- Partner with operations and portfolio services leaders to support client expectations, property management agreements, and Avenue5 standards
- Identify operational gaps, risks, or compliance concerns and escalate as needed
- Provide hands-on support for day-to-day property operations, including leasing, collections, marketing, reporting, and basic system and financial processes
- Support due diligence inspections, integrations, and non-integrating property assignments as needed
- Facilitate property technology setup and system stabilization, including computers, email, phone / voicemail, and property platforms
- Provide onboarding, training, coaching, and performance support for new or transitioning associates
- Introduce Avenue5 policies, procedures, culture, and systems to new properties and associates
- Communicate clearly and professionally with property teams, operations leadership, and clients
- Prepare concise documentation and reporting on completed tasks, outstanding items, and operational risks
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.Four or more years of property management experience requiredThree or more years of direct experience as an assistant property manager, property manager, or district / regional managerCAM certification preferredPrior experience with Yardi Voyager, RentCafé, RealPage, OneSite, or equivalent property management systems preferredPrior experience with Salesforce preferredThorough understanding of local, state, and federal Fair Housing lawsSkills and Requirements :
