Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to oversee tenant improvement projects ranging from $2M–$10M in value. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality commercial buildouts on time and within budget.
Responsibilities :
- Manage all phases of tenant improvement projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Develop and track budgets, schedules, and project documentation
- Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure project success
- Lead project meetings, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Maintain focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction
